The Auto Floc Batching System is a low cost package for the automatic preparation of solid or liquid grade flocculants.
Systems are supplied fully assembled with powder hopper, wetting head, level controls, transfer pump, PLC & control panel. This simplifies installation and makes the systems portable - simply connect to power, water supply and dosing point.
All functions are fully automated to ensure consistent concentration and quality without lumps.
Solution concentration is selected on the control panel door by a 3 position switch (1.0, 2.5 or 5.0 g/L concentration).
