Description:
The DI system includes a water
recirculation pump, sediment filter,
carbon filter, two ion exchange resin
columns, valves & electrical controls.
All items are mounted on a base frame.
UV disinfection is available as an option.
Applications:
Use on the final rinse tank prior to drying and powder
coating. The system provides high quality water that complies with the
Australian Standard and with the
paint manufacturers standard for final rinse water quality
for "guaranteed" work.
The benefits are a completely salt free finish on the aluminium, therefore no corrosive salts are trapped between the metal surface and paint coat.
Description:
The tank filter system includes
a filter, pump, valves & electrical panel. All items are supplied fully
assembled on a mobile baseframe with a set of lockable wheels. Interconnection
to the tanks is via "quick-release" 32 mm diameter Camlok fittings. Supplied
fully assembled and ready to operate.
Applications:
The mobile filters are designed
to reduce the build-up of suspended solids, sludge, dust and other particulate
matter in the rinse tanks. Systems are also available to filter the
acid etch & chromate tanks. One mobile filter can be used to
filter all tanks. The system is supplied with an extension lead so
that it may be moved easily from tank to tank as required.

performance and extended life of the acid and chromate tanks, less carryover
of solids & sludge to other tanks and a cleaner aluminium product.

in a fibreglass tank with cone discharge at base. Water is pH adjusted,
chrome, aluminium, solids, fluoride are removed, water is clarified and
sludge thickened. Process duties from 500 - 3,000 L/h. Larger
systems also available. System is supplied on a skid complete with
tank, electrical panel & pumps.
